CULTURE THROUGH CRAFT
CLIENT: GLOBETRIPPERS
The activity conducted by The Craft Caravan for Globetrippers was designed around the theme of Christmas traditions across the world. We designed a programme that allowed the participants to create patterns using 2 simple elements - pins and seed beads. This was our take on African bead craft! The participants were given a design template, which they followed to create a brooch with a pattern of a Christmas tree. In true Craft Caravan style, the programme was designed to go beyond craft with a focus on sensorial awareness, counting skills, and working with peers.
